Abrahams Shows Off Kaizer Chiefs’ No. as He Waits for Amakhosi Debut
Kaizer Chiefs youngster Abrahams has given supporters a glimpse inside the Amakhosi dressing room after sharing a picture ahead of a recent match.
The 21-year-old was pictured wearing the No. 35 shirt, a squad number that became available following the departure of Aden McCarthy, who left Chiefs to join Sabah FK in Azerbaijan.
Abrahams is yet to make his competitive debut for the Glamour Boys, but his presence around the first team has continued to attract attention as he works towards becoming available for selection.
Head coach Fernando Da Cruz previously explained that the youngster is currently not fully fit. Abrahams missed pre-season while still with Stellenbosch FC before making the move to Naturena, leaving him needing additional time to regain his fitness and match sharpness.
With the season progressing, Chiefs supporters will be hoping to see Abrahams get an opportunity once he reaches full fitness.
His No. 35 shirt may currently be a reminder of his wait, but fans will be eager to see him eventually step onto the pitch and begin his Amakhosi journey.
For now, the young midfielder continues to work behind the scenes, with his debut remaining one of the moments Chiefs supporters will be watching closely. 🟡⚫️
