Thembinkosi Lorch has reportedly opened up about the possibility of one day joining Kaizer Chiefs, admitting that a move to the Soweto giants is something he would not rule out. The talented attacker has been linked with several clubs in recent months, but his latest comments are likely to attract plenty of attention from Amakhosi supporters.
Speaking about his future and the possibility of playing for Kaizer Chiefs, Lorch is understood to have expressed his admiration for the club. The player reportedly believes that Chiefs remain one of the biggest and most respected clubs in South Africa, with a massive fan base and a history that speaks for itself.
According to sources close to the situation, Lorch would love the opportunity to wear the famous gold-and-black jersey one day. He is reportedly not against the idea of joining Chiefs and would consider the opportunity if the right offer and circumstances presented themselves.
Meanwhile, a close source has claimed that the possibility of Lorch moving to Kaizer Chiefs could become more serious in the near future. The latest development has added further fuel to the growing speculation surrounding the player’s future.
There are also reports that a Kaizer Chiefs scout has recently been spotted in North Africa, although it remains unclear whether the club’s scouting activities are directly connected to Lorch or another potential target. Chiefs are believed to be monitoring several players as they continue to strengthen their squad.
For now, no official agreement has been announced, and supporters will have to wait for further developments. However, Lorch’s reported willingness to consider a move to Naturena could certainly make this a transfer story worth watching.
If Chiefs eventually make a formal approach, the player’s admiration for the club could potentially play an important role in negotiations. Amakhosi supporters will undoubtedly be watching closely to see whether this reported interest develops into a real transfer.
